Digital Prototyping.
Eliminate costly design errors before cutting steel. We validate every millimeter inside a high-precision digital environment.
Digital Prototyping is the computer-based simulation and validation of a physical product's geometry, kinematic motion, and component packaging prior to physical fabrication.
LOOP rigorously verifies your product in digital space: running interference checks across moving parts, evaluating center-of-mass and volume constraints, simulating mechanism range-of-motion, and auditing tool access paths. This saves clients thousands of dollars in scrapped physical tooling and rapid-prototyping iterations.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS.
Can digital prototyping replace physical prototyping entirely?
Digital prototyping dramatically reduces the number of physical prototype cycles needed (often from 6–8 rounds down to 1–2), saving immense capital. A final physical prototype is still recommended before cutting high-volume injection molds.
Do you supply files ready for our local 3D printers?
Yes. We deliver clean, manifold, verified .3MF and .STL files formatted with appropriate wall thickness and orientation recommendations for Formlabs, Bambu Lab, or industrial SLS machines.
