KURA / CELL
Precision dosing canister system with hermetic bayonet lid and integrated scoop
An airtight protein powder container with a quarter-turn twist lock bayonet lid and magnetic docking scoop.
THE PHYSICAL PROBLEM.
Mass-market protein powder tubs feature messy screw threads that cross-thread, drop messy powder outside, and lose the scoop at the bottom of the container.
KURA / CELL introduces a 90-degree bayonet lock with a double-lip silicone wiper that cleans the mating rim with every rotation, paired with an integrated magnetic scoop dock.
FORM DEVELOPMENT & CLASS-A SURFACES.
Subtle vertical grip flutes allow effortless twisting even with sweaty gym hands. The base features a tapered footprint to fit gym bag bottle sleeves.
G2/G3 Curvature
1.5° Minimum
Zero Visual Seam
SOLID CAD ARCHITECTURE.
Strict injection-molding tooling draft angles of 1.5 degrees throughout. Wall thickness uniform at 1.8 mm to prevent sink marks and ensure minimal cooling cycle times.
Integrated desiccant chamber in the lid core absorbs ambient moisture without coming in contact with consumable powders.
