CAD & 3D Modeling.
Mathematical precision in 3D. We build parametric assemblies that machine shops, mold makers, and engineers can immediately inspect and fabricate.
CAD & 3D Modeling is the digital engineering process of building mathematically exact parametric geometry that defines every wall, rib, screw boss, and snap-fit in a physical assembly.
LOOP authors parametric SolidWorks and Rhino CAD files with clean feature trees, explicit reference planes, and robust design intent. We engineer assemblies with zero interferences, realistic draft angles for injection molding, CNC tooling access pathways, and sheet metal bend deductions.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS.
Can these CAD files be sent directly to a CNC machinist or mold maker?
Yes. All LOOP CAD deliverables are built to industrial standards (.STEP, Parasolid, native SolidWorks). Machinists can import them directly into Mastercam or Fusion CAM to generate G-code toolpaths.
Do you provide native parametric files or only dumb solids?
We deliver both: native parametric CAD files with clean, labeled feature trees, as well as universal neutral solids (.STEP AP242 / Parasolid) for cross-platform compatibility.
How do you handle revisions as our internal electronics evolve?
By utilizing top-down skeleton modeling, primary mounting points and PCB bounds are driven by master parameters. If your board grows by 2mm, downstream features update predictably without crashing the assembly.
